OUR STORY

During a short stay in Michigan, almost a decade ago, I ran across a small bakery with a long line of customers at the counter waiting to be served. Given the abundance of Middle Eastern bakeries in the area, I was a bit surprised to see so many customers patiently waiting. After all, Middle Easterners do not like to wait… and definitely, not in line! I became one of those customers and understood why. The pita bread was so amazing and the taste was out of this world. That is when Cedars Bakery Group started, at least in my head. Few days later, I approached the owner and worked out an arrangement to send a team for training. For months, our team was immersed in the making of Pita and later started our company in Orlando, FL in February of zoso. The formula was certainly a success and we have seen-exponential growth in customers. Is our bread now as good as that of the small bakery? I would say … Aristotle is better than Plato!
